MOBILE, Ala. — If you want to know who will start at quarterback for the Senior Bowl, you might have to tune in Saturday.
I asked Jim Schwartz last night if he had picked a QB batting order, and he smiled and said, "Well, we are playing rock, paper, scissors a little bit, drawing straws ..."
Schwartz wouldn't say. Neither would Tony Sparano, who said the Dolphins' staff was toying with the idea of playing each QB for a quarter and then playing it by ear for the fourth, seeing where they are at. Sparano's South team would be Tim Tebow's squad, in case you were wondering. I am assuming he will not start, and I am guessing it will be Zac Robinson first. Tebow tended to work third in the pecking order of practice all week.
I guess I don't see the big deal, but these guys definitely wanted to make sure no one of these QBs was put ahead of anyone else this week.
