Giants DT Chris Canty was fined $15,750 for roughing the passer when he led with the crown of his helmet on a hit of Cowboys QB Tony Romo. Bears S Chris Conte was fined $21,000 for striking a defenseless player in the head and neck area. Raiders DT Richard Seymour was fined $15,750 for a late hit on Chiefs QB Matt Cassel. Jets LB Marcus Dowtin was fined $15,750 for unnecessary roughness. Dolphins ORT Jonathan Martin was fined $10,000 for an illegal chip. Titans DT Mike Martin was fined $15,750 for unnecessary roughness for a hit on Colts QB Andrew Luck. Vikings DE Jared Allen and Buccaneers OT Donald Penn were each fined $7,875 for grabbing an opponent by the facemask during their skirmish last Thursday night.
