The Buccaneers announced Thursday that their Week 10 game against the Chargers will be blacked out. The game will not be televised locally.

The Bucs took advantage of a new rule this offseason, which lowered the minimum threshold to 85 percent for a “sellout.” On Monday, the team had less than 9,000 tickets to sell to reach that mark.

After beating the Raiders last week, the Buccaneers are 4-4 and in second place in the NFC South. They host the 4-4 Chargers on Sunday.
