The Eagles signed OL Jake Scott on Monday and released OG Julian Vandervelde.

Scott started every game from 2005-11, including the past four seasons with the Titans after beginning his career with the Colts. He has appeared in 124 NFL games with 121 starts.

Vandervelde has not appeared in a game this season. The second-year pro played in one game last year.
