The Colts elevated CB Teddy Williams from the practice squad to the active roster and waived CB Marshay Green.

Williams spent the entire 2011 season on the Cowboys’ practice squad before being waived on Aug. 31, 2012. He joined the Colts’ practice squad on Oct. 30. 

Green was elevated to the active roster on Oct. 29 and made three tackles in one game this season.
