The Broncos signed former Chargers RB Jacob Hester on Monday, the team announced.

Hester played in 62 games with 23 starts in his four seasons with San Diego. He has 94 career rushes for 210 yards and one touchdown, as well as 55 catches for 308 yards.

Hester was also a key special-teams contributor during his time with the Chargers. He adds depth to the Broncos' RB corps with Willis McGahee out for the regular season.
