UPDATED: 11/29/2012

Eagles QB Michael Vick did not pass his imPACT test on Wednesday and will not be cleared to practice on Thursday, the team’s website reported.

Rookie Nick Foles is expected to start in Sunday night’s game against the Cowboys.

Vick suffered a concussion against Dallas in Week 10. He participated in meetings last week, but cannot return to full action until passing the imPACT test.

Foles has completed 59.6 percent of his passes for 542 yards, one touchdown and three interceptions in three games and two starts since Vick got hurt. The Eagles have not won since Week Four.
