Dolphins OLT Jake Long left Sunday’s game against the Patriots with a triceps injury, and NFL.com’s Jeff Darlington reports that the team fears he tore his triceps.

Long will undergo tests on Monday, but a torn triceps would end his season.

The 2008 No. 1 pick, Long is a four-time Pro Bowler and also in a contract season. Rookie Jonathan Martin moved from right tackle to left when Long left the game, and would likely stay there if Long is done for the year.
