The Titans signed OG Kyle DeVan and OT Dan Baldridge and placed OT David Stewart (leg) and S Robert Johnson (foot) on injured reserve.

DeVan has spent time on the Titans’ roster this season, but has yet to play in a game. He started four of five games with the Eagles in 2011.

Baldridge, who was on the team’s practice squad, played in one game earlier this season for the Jaguars.
