The Chiefs placed DL Allen Bailey on injured reserve and signed LB Leon Williams.

Bailey played in the first 10 games of the season with one start and made five tackles. He is going on I.R. with an ankle injury.

Williams spent training camp with the Chiefs in 2012 before being released on Aug. 31. He has played in 57 career games with 12 starts for the Browns and Cowboys and has 154 tackles and five sacks.
