Ravens LB McClain done for the season
UPDATED: 12/17/2012

Ravens LB Jameel McClain has a spinal cord contusion and is out for the rest of the season, head coach John Harbaugh announced Monday.

McClain suffered the injury when trying to tackle Redskins RB Alfred Morris in Week 14.

McClain is a fifth-year pro who signed a three-year extension this past offseason. He was third on the team with 79 tackles and had started the first 13 games of the season.

Josh Bynes replaced McClain on Sunday and had 13 tackles. Harbaugh said the team could bring in another linebacker with Ray Lewis and Dannell Ellerbe still injured.
