49ers QB Colin Kaepernick, Cowboys CB Brandon Carr and Vikings PK Blair Walsh were named the NFC Players of the Week for Week 15.

In the 49ers’ Sunday night win over the Patriots, Kaepernick completed 14-of-25 passes for 216 yards and four touchdowns.

Carr had four tackles, three passes defensed and one interception, which came in overtime. Carr returned the pick 36 yards, setting up the Cowboys’ game-winning field goal in their win over Pittsburgh.

Walsh connected on all five of his field-goal attempts, including three from at least 50 yards out. Six of his eight kickoffs resulted in touchbacks.
