The Jets placed WR Stephen Hill on injured reserve and promoted DB Donnie Fletcher from the practice squad.

Hill, a second-round pick in April, played in 11 games with eight starts and had 21 catches for 252 yards and three touchdowns.

The Georgia Tech grad had not played since suffering a knee injury in the team’s win over the Jaguars in Week 14.

Fletcher has appeared in two games for the Jets this season.
