The Eagles signed TE Evan Moore to the active roster, the team announced Thursday.

Moore has played in 47 games in four NFL seasons and was released by the Seahawks on Wednesday. This season, his first in Seattle, Moore played in 14 games and had only one catch.

Last season, Moore had 34 catches for 324 yards and four touchdowns for the Browns.
