The Jaguars placed WR Cecil Shorts, RB Rashad Jennings and LB Greg Jones on injured reserve.

They activated WR Jerrell Jackson from the practice quad and claimed OL Mark Asper and TE Allen Reisner off waivers.

Shorts (head) led the team with 979 receiving yards and seven touchdowns this season on 55 catches. Jennings (shoulder) had 101 carries for 283 yards and two scores this season. Jones (leg) had four special-teams tackles.
