49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh said David Akers will kick in Saturday’s playoff game against the Packers.

Akers was 29-of-42 this season on field goals, and the Niners brought in Billy Cundiff following the regular season. Akers set an NFL record with 44 made field goals in 2011.

Cundiff will remain on the Niners’ roster, but won’t dress for Saturday’s divisional game.
