Chargers head coach Mike McCoy added three assistants to his staff on Tuesday, the team announced.

San Diego hired Joe D’Alessandris (offensive line), Fred Graves (wide receivers) and Kevin Spencer (special teams).

D’Alessandris spent the past three seasons as the Bills’ offensive line coach. Graves was most recently with the Panthers and has 11 seasons of NFL coaching experience. Spencer spent six seasons with the Cardinals and five with the Steelers. He was the 2003 Special-Teams Coach of the Year.

McCoy also hired Frank Reich on Monday to coach the Chargers’ quarterbacks. Reich, the former Bills signalcaller, has seven years of coaching experience.
