The Bills placed LB Keith Ellison on injured reserve Friday with a quadriceps injury, the team announced Friday. Taking his place on the 53-man roster is rookie CB Cary Harris, a 5-11, 187-pounder out of USC.

Harris, who was a sixth-round draft pick (183rd overall) this past April, spent the first 10 weeks of the season on the team's practice squad.
