Flashback: Recent Week Five performances
UPDATED: 10/09/2010

Take a quick stroll down memory lane with PFW for a recap of the Browns' Week Five contests each of the last five seasons:

2009: A pair of Billy Cundiff field goals was all the visiting Browns needed in a 6-3 defeat of the Bills. QB Derek Anderson completed just 2-of-17 passes for 23 yards, but RB Jamal Lewis ran for 117 yards on 31 carries, and P Dave Zastudil had an outstanding game, with seven of his nine punts downed inside the Buffalo 20. The victory was the Browns' first of the season after four straight losses.

2007: The visiting Browns (2-3) found themselves in a 20-0 halftime hole they were unable to escape from in a 34-17 loss to the Patriots. Derek Anderson threw fourth-quarter touchdown passes to WR Tim Carter and TE Kellen Winslow, but New England was able to hold off the Cleveland rally. WR Braylon Edwards had six catches for 110 yards.

2006: Cleveland (1-4) was held without a touchdown in a 20-12 loss to the host Panthers. While PK Phil Dawson was 4-for-4 on his field-goal attempts, it wasn't enough for the Browns to overcome Carolina. QB Charlie Frye didn't help the cause with a pair of interceptions, one of which was returned for a touchdown. Winslow had a team-high 55 receiving yards on eight catches to lead Cleveland.
